Rākaunui Full Moon Gathering | November 2020
On the November Full Moon of 2020, 55 men gathered in a space in Parnell for a 3 hour immersive gathering of breathwork, meditation, challenges and movement. We shared tools and processes to build a container that would allow our men to exercise the muscle of collective healing and transformation.
