Who We Are

BROS is a collective with a mission to restore the vitality of men, cultivating generations of healthy, honest masculinity.

In today’s world, men are often disconnected both from their own emotional process, and from a sense of belonging and greater purpose.

Through creating the space for connection, and providing the tools for reaching into the depths, BROS exists as the medicine and inspiration for modern men looking for alternative methods of coming into alignment with their highest self.

Our inter-generational community extends beyond just the men, to partners, children, extended whānau, friends, colleagues, communities, and more.

These connections are the reason for the work we do.

“More men, around more fires.”

The Bros

Graedon and Billy walk alongside as brothers, and stewards of the BROS kaupapa — a space where tāne are invited to reconnect with their true essence, connect with new brothers, and ground into the land.

With a deep sense of purpose in weaving together brotherhood, Billy & Graedon have spent years committed to the realm of men’s work, training with international and local movements across Aotearoa, Australia & U.S.A.

Paths have woven through wānanga, ritual, and lived brotherhood since 2018—and the two are proud to hold the Toki of BROS humbly. Not as experts, but as committed men in service to the ongoing mahi of self-realization.

Graedon brings a deep passion for culture-building and masculine vitality, through Organic Mechanic (OM) 2013 - 2023 — a wellbeing company rooted in brotherhood and holistic values. As visual creator, he uses design principles in alignment with the Tiwaiwaka Principles.

Billy's passion lies at the intersection of community, storytelling & wellbeing. He got into men’s work with a desire to witness brothers deepen their ability to connect with themselves, and impact the world around them.

Both (surfers) are based in Te Awa Kairangi / Hutt Valley, they co-create from a place of aroha, wairua, and responsibility — tending to the sacred fire of brotherhood, one breath, one step, one circle at a time.
