  • This weekend invites physical challenge — but it’s not a bootcamp. You’ll be guided to your edge, not pushed past it. It’s more about embodied presence than peak performance. You don’t need to be an athlete. You just need to be willing to show up with heart, courage, and curiosity.

  • The weekend is just the beginning. Potential pathways are ongoing online BROS circles, support with leadership development training, and being involved in our wider community of men across Aotearoa. It’s not just an experience — it’s the start of a movement.

  • If you’re not up for marae style, camping or van life accommodation - then you will need to look at an airbnb / other accommodation options.

Dinner on Saturday night will be at a local restaurant, and each man will pay for his own meal.
