More Men Around More Fires.
Our mission is to get more men sitting around more fires. Real talk. We aim to achieve this by empowering the men in our community to lead their lives better - and from that place, serve their community by lighting more fires. This is step 1. There will be more. We hope to sit around the fire with you soon.
-

This weekend invites physical challenge — but it’s not a bootcamp. You’ll be guided to your edge, not pushed past it. It’s more about embodied presence than peak performance. You don’t need to be an athlete. You just need to be willing to show up with heart, courage, and curiosity.
-
A full packing list will be emailed after registration. Generally:
Sturdy outdoor wear (layers for all weather)
Swimwear & towel
Journal + pen
Open mind, willing heart
Anything sacred or personal for ceremony (optional)
-
Absolutely. Many men come at moments of crossroads — burnout, big change, or quiet discontent. This is a space for honest recalibration and connection. We’re here to hold and support you, wherever you’re at.
-
The weekend is just the beginning. Potential pathways are ongoing online BROS circles, support with leadership development training, and being involved in our wider community of men across Aotearoa. It’s not just an experience — it’s the start of a movement.
-
If you’re not up for marae style, camping or van life accommodation - then you will need to look at an airbnb / other accommodation options.
Dinner on Saturday night will be at a local restaurant, and each man will pay for his own meal.
