Because the World Needs Empowered Men

This weekend is unlike any other. Part wellness retreat, part adventure experience, part men’s initiation — it is a reclaiming. A recalibration. A coming together of the modern masculine, for men who are ready to serve self, community, and purpose.

Not all men are equally fortunate — so each participant on this weekend will contribute towards sponsorsing a future brother’s journey. A full circle of leadership, service, and impact.

More Men Around More Fires

This is the core mission of BROS. When we gather around the fire, we connect to something deep, ancient and timeless.

We are working to develop leaders to start more sacred fires around the world — for more men to find warmth, connection and vitality. We invite you to join us on this journey.
