    BROS AOTEAROA LTD is not a registered healthcare provider. We offer community support and nurturance, but nothing on our site or in our events constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

    BROS experiences are not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. These sessions are a space for honest connection, reflection, and shared experience among men — not a replacement for professional support. What’s shared in these spaces comes from lived experience, not clinical expertise. While the conversations can be powerful, you are responsible for your own wellbeing — emotionally, mentally, and physically. If you’re navigating serious mental health challenges, trauma, or anything requiring urgent care, we strongly encourage you to reach out to a trusted healthcare professional or support service. By participating in a BROS experience, you take full responsibility for your experience, and acknowledge that the facilitators and other participants are not liable for any personal outcomes. This is a space of respect, accountability, and care — for yourself and each other.

  3. No Liability for Actions.

    We are not liable for the actions—or inactions—of any participant in our community, nor for how anyone “shows up,” with or without integrity.

  4. Use of Content.

    All text, images, logos and other materials on this site are copyrighted by BROS AOTEAROA LTD. You may view and share for personal, non-commercial use only.

  5. User Submissions.

    Anything you post or submit (“Submissions”) grants us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, adapt and display that content.

  6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability.

    • Our events and materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

    • We expressly disclaim liability for any harm or loss resulting from your participation or reliance on our content.

  7. Governing Law.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

    • Personal Data: Name, email, phone number, billing details.

    • Usage Data: Pages visited, device info, IP address, cookies.

  2. How We Use Your Data.

    • To process registrations, payments, and deliver community invites.

    • To send transactional emails (confirmations, updates).

    • To improve our services and for analytics.

    • To send occasional community news (only if you opt in).

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your BROS experience. Here’s how refunds work:

  1. Eligibility.

    • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

    • Access to digital content or events must not be fully consumed.

  2. How to Request.

    Email welcome@bros.nz with your order number and reason.

  3. Processing.

    We’ll review your request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued via your original payment method within 7 business days.

  4. Exceptions.

    • Fully accessed digital products may not qualify for a refund.

    • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.
